The rooms were beautiful and amazing complete with bedroom, balcony plus separate bath. It was in an unbeatable and magnificent place. The staff were very very helpful, I enjoyed them all👍

Fast check-in, prime location.
Overall - a basic apartment very close to Maspalomas beach, Gran Canaria and town centre. Location in the restaurant everywhere I was scratched.

The apartment was fairly clean and had prime location to beach along former canal. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food. I was in a big room with separate bath and slept amazingly well.

Its location was indeed exceptionally nice and unbeatable, short walk to bowling, funfair, arcades, free bus to the beach three times a day, and the restaurant, which smelt of cooking in the evening. It opened onto swimming pool.

Convenient location, attentive staff, impeccably clean, serene and cozy. Highly recommended, especially for fitness enthusiasts. Nearby attractions and easy commute to Meloneras beach. Perfect for a pleasant and active getaway.

Had a great time at Koala Garden, apartments were clean and tidy and cleaned on regular basis. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and booking taxis. On our last day had to book out by 12 but were allowed to stay in room until collected by taxi at 6pm that eve at no extra charge. Bit out from the beach but there was a free bus 3 times a day and taxis were very cheap. Would definately stay here again and would recommend Koala Gardens to other people.

Reasonably large and beautiful rooms, everything was nice.
Overall experience was very good! It was a basic place for a short stay. Its location was indeed quiet and prime, in the restaurant everywhere I was scratched.

Helpful receptionist. Quick refrigerator replacement. Provided frying pan. Clean, lovely apartment. Good food options at restaurant. Affordable all-you-can-eat and drink option. Convenient location. Overall a pleasant stay. Will return in the future.

apartment is vast for two but crowdy for four, silent aircon, pool available till midnight and great wether of maspalomas. really enjoyed our stay.
really hate roaches in the room and dull meals, towels had its best days long ago, pretty far from the beach (dunes)

Hotel staff was execellent,friendly and helpful.Location was brilliant-quite,off from trafick and nightlife- just what we were looking for.We stayed at the studio,one-bedroom nr 206. Beach was 10 min driving -free bus 3 times a day or taxi for euro 3.75 one way,local shoping and dining out was at the walking distance form the hotel.24 h reception was great.Nice place to stay with children and in the location was lots to do for kids.Definetly going back there with our family. Thank you-staff!

The location of the apartments is great for sightseeing and exploring the area, especially if you have a rental car. There are plenty of parking spaces available, either for free or at a reasonable price. the view from the apartments is amazing, offering a beautiful panorama.
The condition of the apartments could be improved. Some rooms had issues such as loose sockets and kettles that wouldn't switch off.
